Did you get a CD?
- Insert the CD into your computer.
- A pop up message will appear – click on Install (If you do not see this pop up, press the Start button on your computer and go to My Computer & select your CD drive. Double click on Lake Palace)
- An end-user license agreement will pop up. Click Next and installation will begin.
- Once the setup is complete, click Finish.
- Lake Palace will open on the Lobby page. (If the software doesn't load automatically, find the Lake Palace icon on your desktop and double click)
- When the software is open, select Login.
- When the Login screen pops up, select Create Account, fill in your details and click OK.
- You will then be taken back to the Lobby page where you can Login.
- Once logged in, select Cashier, click on Bonus, enter your bonus code and claim your free money!
- You are now ready to play!

How to Create an Account:
- Do you want to run this file? Click on RUN.
- End User License Agreement: Click on I AGREE.
- Installation will start straight away. This takes about a minute.
- The Casino Lobby will appear on your screen.
- Click on the MY ACCOUNT icon (second on the top, left).
- A window will appear that asks you to enter your email address and password. Enter them and click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
- Complete the required details on the CREATE ACCOUNT form that will pop up on your screen and click OK when you're done.
- If your account has been successfully created, a message to this effect will appear.
- Click on CLOSE.
- Welcome! You will be taken back to the Lobby, and your account details will be ready for LOGIN.
- Click on LOGIN, choose your game and PLAY TO WIN!
